Repair of diesel injectors

Checking the injectors is carried out in several stages:

In the first stage, the injector is diagnosed on a computer stand, in accordance with the test plan of the manufacturing plant, all parameters of the injectors are checked, working in various modes.

In the second stage, the nozzle is disassembled on a slipway using a special tool. The analysis is carried out depending on the deviations in the operating parameters, as well as during visual viewing with an increase in the breakage area using a microscope or magnifying glass. The breakage can be in the multiplier valve, sprayers, electromagnets, in the supply connection, and the problem can also be in the nozzle body itself. This type of diagnostics will make it possible to identify the causes of the malfunction, such as rare replacement of filters, poor quality fuel, shavings from the injection pump, the use of inappropriate additives. After the diagnostics, the car owner is given recommendations for further prevention of the operation of the car's fuel system. Having disassembled the nozzle into all its components, it is cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, then all parts are thoroughly washed.

The final stage, the injectors are assembled using a new repair kit and new parts. During the assembly process, the anchor stroke, the air gap of the electromagnet, and the pressure on the adjustment needle are adjusted to the nozzles. If the parameters do not correspond to the test plan, disassembly and adjustment is carried out again. After completing the check and matching all the parameters with the test plan, the injector is considered repaired and this means that this injector is fully consistent with the new factory injector.
